2. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the SR-Skincare website.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

3. Products

We aim to describe and photograph our products accurately. However, packaging and product appearance may occasionally vary.

Please read all product descriptions, ingredients, instructions and warnings before use.

Our skincare products are intended for their stated cosmetic purposes. Individual results may vary.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you complete your purchase.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors. If an error affects your order, we will contact you before processing it.

5. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt.

An order is accepted when we confirm dispatch. We reserve the right to decline an order where a product is unavailable, a genuine pricing error has occurred or payment cannot be authorised.

If we cannot fulfil an order for which payment has been taken, we will issue a refund.

6. Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery options, charges and estimated timescales are provided during checkout and on our Shipping & Returns page.

We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be delivered within 30 days of the contract being formed.

We remain responsible for goods until they are delivered to you or a person you have nominated to receive them, unless you independently arrange your own carrier.

7. Cancellations and Returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers generally have 14 days after receiving their goods to cancel an online purchase without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us within that period. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

For eligible returns, we provide a prepaid return postage label. Please follow the instructions provided when your return is authorised.

Refunds will include the original standard delivery charge where required by law. We will issue refunds within the statutory timescale, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Certain sealed products that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons may be excluded from cancellation rights if unsealed after delivery. This exception applies only where the legal conditions are met.

8. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected, including your rights to appropriate remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods.

9. Product Safety

Please follow all directions, precautions and warnings supplied with our products.

Some skincare products, particularly chemical peels and exfoliating acids, require additional care. Customers should follow the product-specific instructions, including any recommended patch testing, application times and aftercare.

Discontinue use if irritation occurs and seek appropriate medical advice where necessary.

Nothing in this section excludes liability arising from defective products or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Website Content

All original text, photographs, graphics and other content on this website belong to SR-Skincare or their respective rights holders.

Content must not be reproduced for commercial purposes without appropriate permission.

11. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of applicable consumer rights.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods.

We handle personal information in accordance with our published Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The terms applicable to your order will normally be those in effect when the order was placed.
