Shipping
We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Orders are delivered using RM48 Tracked. Available delivery options, shipping charges and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation by email.
If your order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can assist you.
Returns and Cancellations
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify us that you wish to cancel and return your purchase.
Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the items.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us through our e-mail address info@forever-young-uk.com within 14 days of receiving your order, stating your order number and that you wish to return your purchase.
- We will provide you with a prepaid returns postage label, so you will not have to pay return postage.
- Securely package the items and return them within 14 days of notifying us.
Return Conditions
Returned products should be handled with reasonable care and, where possible, returned in their original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, skincare products that have been used after delivery will not be eligible for change-of-mind returns where the legal hygiene exception applies.
This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Refunds
We will refund the price of the returned products together with the shipping cost, in accordance with your statutory rights.
Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving satisfactory evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer rights, at no additional return cost to you.
