Epiclear Gel A light, easily absorbed, water based gel especially formulated to fight acne outbreaks by

• reducing hyper-sebborhea (excess sebum production)
• reducing hyper-keratinosis (excess skin shedding)
• eliminating acne causing bacteria

Epiclear Gel features AC.NET – an active developed by Sederma (the company that produces Matrixyl 3000, Haloxyl, Volufiline and more!). AC.NET is an association of oleanolic acid and nordihydroguaiaretic acid in an osmotic gel. Cosmetically, it is used in toners, emulsions, gels, masks, foundations for oily and acne-prone skin. This product fights “break-out” by reducing hyperseborrhoea, hyperkeratosis, inflammation and bacterial proliferation. AC.NET™ provides a global treatment for oily and acne-prone skin. Trials have shown that it can shut down excess production of sebum by 54.1%, and reduce inflammation in the skin by up to 72%.

The gel also features

organic willowbark extract as a source of natural salicylates. Salicylates help to dissolve the congestion in the pores that is a precursor to acne outbreaks.

organic orangewater – a natural astringent to tone the skin

witch hazel extract – an astringent and soothing agent

niacinamide – helps regulate sebum production

betaine – soothing agent and hydrating agent

Recommended use: Use first thing in the morning after cleansing the skin (we recommend our SLS free mild foaming cleanser with salicylic acid), Dispense a small amount of the gel and gently massage into the complexion. The gel will dry quickly after which you can apply other products or make-up. You can, if you wish, also apply the gel last thing at night to control sebum production overnight
